INTRODUCING
Adult Occupational Therapy
Helping you live your life in a way that works for you.
You’re trying your best, but daily life feels harder than it should. Routine tasks like meal planning, organizing your space, or following a schedule take so much energy.
You’re trying to do things the way you think you’re supposed to, but it’s exhausting and often doesn’t work.
You may have landed here because you’re specifically looking for occupational therapy for ADHD. I offer that, but I also work with adults facing daily life challenges for many other reasons. No diagnosis is required.
You deserve support that meets you where you are. There are many ways to accomplish daily tasks. Let’s discover what actually works for your life.
My Approach
I take a holistic approach, looking at your mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as your environment and daily activities. This helps us find what you need and where you can make changes. Together, we work on solving problems and breaking unhelpful patterns. It’s important to understand yourself better and be kind to yourself.
Sometimes, I gently ask you to try new things or face hard situations. This is always done with support and respect. My aim is to help you feel safe and reach your goals.
Together we work towards change such as:
- Skills for managing your emotions
- Learning about your sensory profile
- Improving your ability to plan and organize
- Problem-solving to tackle challenges with routines, daily tasks, or specific life skills
The goal is to find practical solutions that fit into your life.

Hi There!
I’m Kathleen
I love getting curious about how people work. I took a long, sometimes winding path to become an OT. My own journey showed me what it’s like when nothing seems to work for you. I try to offer the type of support I wish I had during challenging times in my own life.
Before starting my private practice in 2024, I spent over 10 years working in public mental health services, helping people understand how their bodies and minds work, and learning with them along the way.

I offer services between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
