Hi There!
I’m Kathleen
OT, psychotherapist and mom of 2
Through my own parenting journey, I’ve learned how overwhelming it can be when your child has unique needs. I know how hard it is to know who to trust, what it feels like to sift through advice that doesn’t fit your child or your family, and the stress of trying to do it all right.
Support should never be one size fits all. My aim is to help parents feel heard, understood, and confident while building practical strategies to support their children at home.
